SHIPPING POLICY

1. SHIPPING CHARGES

Shipping costs are not included at checkout unless otherwise stated.

Final shipping charges are calculated based on:

-Order weight and dimensions

-Delivery destination

-Carrier rates at the time of shipment

-Freight, pallet, or oversized handling requirements (if applicable)

-Fuel surcharges or peak season adjustments

Shipping charges will be invoiced separately and must be paid in full prior to dispatch.

Orders will not be released for shipment until all shipping invoices are paid.

Shipping quotes are estimates only and are subject to adjustment based on final carrier billing.


2. SHIPPING METHODS

Orders are shipped via approved carriers, including but not limited to:

-UPS

-FedEx

-USPS

-DHL

-Freight or pallet carriers

We reserve the right to select the most appropriate carrier and service level based on order size, destination, and logistics considerations.

Requests for specific carriers or service levels must be approved in writing and may incur additional charges.


3. DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES

Estimated transit times are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

SONG OF SKIN B2B is not responsible for delays caused by:

-Carrier service disruptions

-Weather conditions

-Customs clearance

-Government inspections

-Labor strikes

-Force majeure events

-Incorrect address information provided by Buyer

Shipping delays do not qualify for refunds, credits, or cancellations.


4. RISK OF LOSS & TITLE TRANSFER

Title and risk of loss transfer to Buyer once the shipment has been released to the carrier.

We are not responsible for:

-Lost shipments in transit

-Carrier damage not reported within required timeframe

-Theft after delivery confirmation

Buyers are encouraged to purchase shipping insurance upon request.


5. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

International shipments may be subject to:

-Customs duties

-Import taxes (VAT/GST)

-Brokerage fees

-Tariffs

-Clearance charges

All such fees are the sole responsibility of the Buyer.

Failure to pay duties or taxes does not qualify for refund or cancellation.


6. REFUSED OR RETURNED SHIPMENTS

If a shipment is refused or returned due to:

-Incorrect or incomplete address

-Failure to pay customs duties

-Failed delivery attempts

-Buyer refusal

Buyer is responsible for:

-Original shipping charges

-Return shipping fees

-Customs penalties (if applicable)

-Restocking fees (minimum 15%)

-Administrative handling fees

No refunds will be issued for refused shipments.

Re-shipment will not occur until all additional charges are paid.


7. FREIGHT & PALLET ORDERS

Large freight or pallet orders:

-Require delivery appointments

-Must have appropriate unloading capability

-May incur redelivery fees if delivery is missed

Liftgate or inside delivery services must be requested in advance and may incur additional charges.


8. POLICY ACCEPTANCE

By placing a wholesale order, Buyer acknowledges and agrees to this Shipping Policy in full.
