Order
How do I place an order?
Once your wholesale application is approved, you can begin placing orders. We sell by the box.
Is there a minimum purchase?
Yes. We sell by full carton/box only.
Is there a maximum purchase limit?
There is no fixed maximum purchase limit. Orders are fulfilled based on inventory availability and brand allocation. All products are sold in full box/carton quantities only.
The product was delivered missing or damaged.
Please take a photo and email it to hello@songofskin.com. We will respond within one business day.
Shipping
When will my order ship?
After your order is completed, we calculate the shipping cost based on the order quantity and send you a separate invoice.
Do you ship from the US?
Yes, we ship from the US and only ship to US addresses.

Are the products you sell authentic?
Yes, we only sell official products from Brands distributor.
