RETURN & REFUND POLICY

1. FINAL SALE POLICY (WHOLESALE)

All wholesale purchases made through SONG OF SKIN B2B are FINAL SALE.

Once payment has been received and processed:

-Orders are non-cancellable

-Payments are non-refundable

-No returns are accepted

We do not offer refunds under any circumstances except as required by law.

Any approved pricing or quantity adjustments are issued solely as a credit memo (debit note) and may only be applied toward a future wholesale order.

Credits have no cash value and may not be redeemed for cash.


2. SHIPPING FEES

All shipping, handling, insurance, freight, customs, duties, and related charges are non-refundable once fulfillment has begun.

Risk of loss transfers to Buyer upon delivery to the carrier.

We are not responsible for:

-Carrier delays

-Customs holds

-Lost shipments once in transit


3. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Claims for damaged, defective, or incorrect products must meet all of the following conditions:

-Submitted in writing within 3 business days of delivery

-Sent to: hello@songofskin.com

-Include clear photographic evidence of:

-Outer packaging

-Inner packaging

-Damaged product

-Shipping label

-Original packing slip

Failure to provide complete documentation within the required timeframe will result in automatic denial of the claim.

Upon approval:

-We may issue a replacement OR

-Issue a credit memo for future wholesale use

Refunds will not be issued.

We reserve the sole right to determine whether a product qualifies as damaged or defective.


4. SHORT-DATED PRODUCTS

Products sold as discounted, promotional, clearance, or short-dated inventory are strictly final sale and are not eligible for credit, replacement, or refund.


5. ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders may not be canceled once:

-Invoice has been paid, and

-Order processing or fulfillment has begun

Any cancellation requests submitted after payment are subject to our sole discretion and may incur restocking, administrative, and payment processing fees.


6. REFUSED SHIPMENTS

If a shipment is refused or returned due to:

-Incorrect address provided by Buyer

-Failure to pay customs duties

-Failure to accept delivery

Buyer is responsible for:

-All return shipping costs

-Original shipping charges

-Any additional handling fees

No refunds will be issued.


7. CHARGEBACKS & PAYMENT DISPUTES

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us to resolve the issue constitutes a breach of our Terms of Service.

We reserve the right to:

-Immediately terminate wholesale privileges

-Pursue collection of unpaid balances

-Recover chargeback fees, legal fees, and administrative costs


8. POLICY ACCEPTANCE

By placing a wholesale order, you acknowledge and agree to this Return & Refund Policy in full.
